Sneakerplay is the world’s first social network for the style conscious sneaker community. It has all the usual features of a social network we’ve come to expect– but this time it’s a place to meet other like minded sneaker-enthusiasts, network and show off your collection. Every member can create galleries, tag and organize collections, start battles to face off shoe by shoe with other members and of course bottom line– meet new people and see great sneakers. Sneakerplay was founded by Robleh Jama, Mohamed Hashi, and Rob Chia, three dedicated sneaker-folk. It’s currently in private beta on an invite only basis as they add new features and fix some existing bugs. This incredible video is a live performance and rendition of the first level from Super Mario Brothers. Anyone that has played Mario will recognize every step of the way completely. It was performed and videotaped at Golden Goose, a yearly talent show held at Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts. It’s absolutely hilarious and having just recently acquired an original Nintendo for my collection– it really hits home. Watch it now!
