On Tour Lab strikes again with their autumn / winter 2006 collection of tees, sweatshirts, and hoodies dubbed Big Mouth Ontour. This season is a tribute to those who say the wrong things at the wrong time and never keep their mouths shut and is full of chatty mouth graphics and big camo-toothed printed track jackets. Favorites from the women’s collection include the “Cherry Bomb” sweatshirt and the “Flytrap” long sleeve tee and for the guys the “Dentist” zip hoodie (shown here) or the “Trumpet” sweater are not to be missed. There’s dental warfare, chattering teeth, flytrap plants, comic swearing signs and big bites all over the place this season so make sure to check it out and satisfy your fashion appetite!

I raved about CoverFlow back in July– the brilliant application that allowed OS X users to browse their entire iTunes collection by album cover. I guess it’s clear Apple was listening to the masses (or reading this blog): Today’s ‘Showtime’ announcement included an update to iTunes which integrated the application as a new feature almost flawlessly. I just hope the original creators of CoverFlow received some kind of compensation for their idea. Maybe they were acquired…Anyone know?

Update: Yep, they were acquired, congratulations CoverFlow!

There I was planning my bank holiday weekend trip to the coast to check out this great Beach Cafe only to find out that it wont be ready until the New Year, check out the pictures of the structure being built on their website. Thomas Heatherwick’s beautiful new beach cafe is the latest addition to the UK’s burgeoning collection of innovative seafront architecture. Heatherwick has been best known for his superb sculptures such as his amazing blue carpet in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The exterior of his latest design, his first building in the UK, is modeled on driftwood and will house a traditional English cafe serving locally produced food and seaside favorites, potted shrimps and cockles. Located in the traditional West Sussex town of Littlehampton, it is perfectly placed for beach fun and walks inland on the stunning South Downs.
