I can’t tell you much about Brazilian based graphic designer and illustrator Adhemas Batista, but I love everything I see. He juxtaposes real life figures with fantasy-scribbles, bright colors and pop-culture icons. Jokingly, his portfolio site declares he’s ’selling colors’, with magenta (obviously a favorite of his) for free. He’s done commercial work for Symantec, Palm Treo, Fila USA and a handful of other recognizable names– as well as some gorgeous editorial design for books and magazines. Also, don’t miss his typefaces, gorgeous work. Check him out!
