Brothers William and Chris Kirkland always knew they would go into business together and it would be called BillyKirk — they just didn't know what they were going to do or make. When stumbled across some vintage leather, one thing lead to another and they found themselves learning the trade from a third-generation leather maker in L.A.

We’re glad they did all that research and work, because they've come up with a beautiful line of leather goods. Classic, clean-looking belts, wallets, passport covers and bags have sparked the interest of the fashion and leather industry in the short time they've been around. The emphasis on process is evident in their success, and a lot of that is due to the Amish craftsmen that make their products. Check out this great interview to hear more about their story and a blog some fun Amish anecdotes.
