UnknownWe recently had the occasion to try out some jackets from Hawke & Co., and having never heard of the brand before, I have to admit we were a bit skeptical from the get go. But the truth is that Hawke & Co. makes some nice jackets. They’re warm, functional, simple, and stylish– perfect for around town on days like today (where it is so cold that Josh and I are ordering lunch to be delivered rather than walk a block to the cafe). Hawke & Co. describes itself as a fashion lifestyle brand that focuses on movement, moving forward, youth, soaring spirits, and youthful expression. While I’m not quite willing to buy into all of those buzz words, I would still ‘get my Hawke on’ in an around-town, want to be warm and comfortable setting.

i bought the coolest hawke coat for my bf, i knew he’d love it. He sure did until he tried it on, the inner arms of the coat where sewn in so far down that he couldn’t raise his arms with out exposing his stomach. We were so disappointed, it seemed to be a coat for a shorter man.
we liked the style soooo much we exchanged it for a “average sized” hawke coat.
* i really loved that 1st coat :(

I also bought one of these, and the sleeve inseam is a bit low. When I Raise my arms sitting down I am very constrained such as driving my car. It is a very warm, and good quality coat. Really, any jacket you get is not going to fit right in every situation. Also I got mine which is all down, at Macy’s on sale for 100 bucks. It is at least a 300 dollar jacket, rating the quality.

I recently bought a Hawke coat in Boston, and I’m really pleased. It’s comfortable, warm (and it’s freezing outside!), and above all very stylish. The girls really like it :)

Let’s try again…

I bought one of their coats for my daughter. Within two months the zipper broke. I’m really not impressed

I have a bunch of Hawke coats and sweaters and think they are amazing. Hawke & Co was on the backs of tons of celebs at the Sundance film festival.

The details on my Hawke coat are the bomb. Places to put all the things a guy needs.
Get your Hawke on!

I bought my first Hawke coat this year, it could be the best coat i have ever purchased. I hope the Spring line is as nice as the Winter.

Just got one from Macy really nice

louie lewis Monday, 11.23.09 @ 5:55 pm

these comments seem about 1% real and 99% family&friend-fabricated….(and knowing the jackets, they’re at best, a “decent” value considering the cheap price and matching cheap quality). get your sham-postings on!

David J. Saturday, 01.09.10 @ 8:10 pm

My wife just purchased me one of your fleese jackets with a hood. Its great for shoveling snow — suggestion for you: to make a slightly longer version so when I bend over it dosen’t ride up so far along with putting some tabs on the zippers as its hard to work with gloves on. But I love the color, style, fit, warmth and durability – keep it up.

@louie lewis… Say what you like but they are really nice coats with some innovative features. I received a coat for free (can’t get any cheaper than that) and I have been wearing it everytime the temp drops below freezing. It is very warm, stylish, comfortable, and has magnets pl aced to hold bottom and pockets closed but not fastened. They appear to be made of with good quality material and construction. The best I can tell, they are quite expensive to buy. Rodney

The rep. in MI is a loser! Get a new rep. He sells his samples! Dave Firavich is the worst rep!
