These ones are for the absolute audophile, sound freak. Grado Labs has made the masterpiece headphones of their collection. Top of the range, best sound, uh, ever? The only product to ever be nominated for the Stereophies “Product Of The Year” distinction two years in a row. $695 of sound, I wish they were a little more attractive for such an outstanding price but they most have all sorts of gold and diamond innards that make the sound so sweet. Actually they are dynamic tranducers with open air operation, 12-30 frequency response and 98 SPL 1mV, 32ohms of Normal impedance. Uhh, exactly. I have a pair of the SR 60’s, the ones about 10 levels below it, and I think they sound amazing, I wonder how different another $600 sounds like.
