I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and I must say that my recent getaway to Hotel Healdsburg ranks up there with the very best. Located in the Sonoma wine country north of San Francisco, Hotel Healdsburg is extremely well-executed in just about every way imaginable. The hotel itself has a very modern look, but still gives off a relaxing sense of warmth and charm. The aesthetic is carried over to the rooms which all feature wood floors, super-comfy beds, and huge bathrooms that feature walk-in showers and soaking tubs. All this wonderful design goodness is topped off by attentive and courteous staff. Hotel Healdsburg has earned top honors from just about every major publication including Zagat Survey, Conde Nast, Travel + Leisure, and now has a rousing endorsement from JoshSpear.com as well.
