There’s not much I don’t love about the stuff over at HUH — from the URL to the products to the fact that it’s all in Dutch which evolves into something even more charming after a quick run through BabelFish. I really dig Not A Lamp (”The snoer, the fitting and the candle end sit in the box, which you connect easily using a small guide himself.”) and Not A Box (”The uitsnede of the lampvorm is a graphic show of the lamp which in the box could sit, but that is not the case.”), and the translated description for the Rorschach Mirrors (”Because each individual the picture that is projected on the retina differently interprets, everyone observes something else; we see what we know or of seeing what we to think.”) in particular required a three-time readover. That being said, there’s nothing at HUH I wouldn’t buy and use as an excuse to talk about it in broken English.
