As you probably can tell; I love limited edition sneakers, skateboarding, and Marc Jacobs, so when I heard Marc Jacobs teamed up with vans to produce a limited edition set of some of the most classic skateboard sneakers ever, I was excited to see the results. These suckers are collector's items with less than 50 of each model produced, that's what I call limited edition. There are even some very hard to find MJ â€˜skateboards floating around too if you want the whole package. Looks like beinghunted only has two models in a few sizes left. Anyone seen where to get the boards at?

my guess is that they all are now already in someone elses hands! but if there is anyway i could get the green and pink one, i would do anything for them!!! !!!!!!

The BAD NEWS is that you can ONLY get them in a Marc Jacobs store, and theres only a few, like in NYC, L.A., San Francisco and Vegas. A few websites also started to carry them, like http://www.aloharag.com, and http://www.pickyourshoes.com. I dont know much about these websites, but I feel that their prices can be higher than buying it from a Marc Jacobs store. Here’s a trick to buy if you’re desperate: Go to www. marcjacobs.com, and click on “special items.” the vans shoes are towards the end, so be patient. Click on all the styles featured, and write notes like style numbers and colors. Then try calling the stores, and ask if they have the style that you want, and just have them sent to you. See if this works.

The GOOD NEWS is, it is not true that there are only 50 pairs made per style. You have a good chance of getting them as they were only officially launched this month (October). Good luck and let me know if this works!

Hey, I just ordered a pair of MJ vans high tops and they are great, just call a store, I called the store in LA on Melrose. You have to call a marc by marc jacobs store, becuase marc jacobs and marc by marc are two different lines, but they are the same brand but different stores sell different lines and marc by marc is aimed towards younger people. So, you call a marc by marc store and say which shoes you want and you pay with a credit card and they will send them to you, and if they dont have the shoes you want in that store then they will give you the number for another store you can call. all of the vans are $85 and shipping is $20, and they send them by fed-ex
