This awesome knife holder was designed by Martin Robitsch, of Austria, and he received an Honorable Mention in the Designboom IMM Cuisnale “Kitchen is the heart of the home” exhibition for it. The “Schaschlik“, as the designer calls it, allows placement of any types of knives including the traditional japanese knives which rarely fit knife holders today. It’s made from larch wood and bamboo skewers, and is one of many great designs available at Greener Grass Design.
