Steven Harrington is a young and superbly talented artist and designer. He’s 25 from Los Angeles, and studied at The Art Center in Pasadena, CA–It seems like that school just breeds talent. He says he is influenced by Time Life Encyclopedias from ‘69-72, thrift stores, the moody blues, and his friends and families. He co-owns a design studio called National Forest with his comradeJustin Krietemeyer who is also very talented. The work is just great–a lot of hand printed posters, some nice t-shirts, and more. I was drawn to his work by the many bright colors and clean aesthetics.
