The Bubble Project got some press a few weeks ago, but I never had time to look through the galleries until now. Anyone who has been to New York City lately has seen the hundreds of thought/speech bubbles placed strategically across advertisements all over the city, even on busses (shown). The Bubble Project is a counter attack to all the corporate advertising which is overrunning our communal public spaces– and the bubbles are the ammunition. “More Bubbles mean more freed spaces, more sharing of personal thoughts, more reactions to current events, and most importantly, more imagination and fun.” Check out the site and browse pictures by theme, as well as download a template to place your own bubbles.
