Written On The City is a simple yet compelling project driven by city-dwellers with cameras. They make it easy to upload images, categorize them with a city and open them for commenting. Right now, San Francisco has the most images– while many other cities look to just be getting on their feet. They say “Someone is trying to tell you something. They don’t know you, and it doesn’t matter. They say it anyway, writing on the city itself because the message is important. And so we’re listening. What’s your city saying?
